Global scholars from Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard visit GUi

On July 28, the "Overseas Elite Talent Tour in Anhui" visited the Grand Union of Innovation (GUi), hosting 30 PhD scholars from prestigious universities including the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and Harvard University.
The event was guided by the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) Alumni Association and the Anhui Association of Returned Overseas Scholars, co-hosted by GUi and the GUi Global Alumni Affairs Department.

The delegation visited the exhibition hall of GUi to gain firsthand insights into the latest achievements of GUi in technology transformation, enterprise incubation, industrial catalysis, and ecosystem optimization, experiencing the vibrancy and passion of this "new paradise" for scientific researchers.
During a discussion session, representatives of GUi presented Hefei's industrial development and the role of the GUi Overseas Center. Delegates engaged in in-depth discussions on innovation, entrepreneurship, industrial growth, and talent exchange.
Li Siqi, a representative of the Oxford University Chinese Student and Scholar Association, praised Hefei's rapid development and ongoing transformations. She expressed hope that the event would enhance understanding among overseas scholars about Hefei, fostering future cooperation in technology innovation, talent cultivation, and cultural exchange, ultimately contributing to Hefei's high-quality development.
