As a pilot area for Anhui's scientific and technological reforms, Grand Union of Innovation (GUi) remains committed to bold reform initiatives. GUi's reform exploration focuses on three key areas: education, technology, and talent.
With the effort from GUi, Faculty of Business for Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and the Ling Yang Industrial Internet Platform, a new collaborative innovation framework has been developed. GUi fosters a pool of innovation talent through practical educational programs by aligning high-level mentors, advanced courses, and high-potential learners, with the purpose of cultivating interdisciplinary expertise. The system links key resources, bringing tech projects and talents into GUi's ecosystem.
GUi has now attracted over 1,520 new tech companies and created an ecosystem that includes more than 4,700 tech firms and service agencies. Through international partnerships and innovation investment mechanisms, GUi has enhanced its role as a hub for high-tech development, becoming a leader in science and technology reform.
The talent attraction program has attracted global high-tech professionals by leveraging GUi's robust scientific resources and comprehensive talent support policies. Through personalized services and strong incentive mechanisms, GUi is emerging as a key destination for innovators and entrepreneurs.
By integrating education, technology, and talent development, GUi positions itself as a leader in the efforts of modernization.
