5. Postdoctoral policy.

(1) Station establishment subsidy: Newly established national-level and provincial-level postdoctoral research stations of key industrial chain enterprises, specialized and innovative enterprises and new R&D institutions in Hefei will receive 300,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan station establishment subsidies respectively.

(2) Living allowance: Newly recruited full-time postdoctoral researchers in postdoctoral research stations established by key industrial chain enterprises, specialized and innovative enterprises and new R&D institutions in Hefei will receive 100,000 yuan of living allowance each.

(3) Stay in (come to) Hefei allowance: Postdoctoral researchers who work in key industry supply chain enterprises, specialized and innovative enterprises and new R&D institutions in Hefei after leaving the station will receive 200,000 yuan in a living allowance.

6. Outstanding skilled talent grant. Hefei city players who have won gold, silver, bronze and excellence awards in the World Skills Competition will receive 500,000 yuan, 350,000 yuan, 250,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan of rewards respectively. Players who represent the Chinese team in the competition will receive 30,000 yuan rewards, while the expert team of the rewarded personnel will receive corresponding rewards. Skilled talent who have made great contributions in their respective fields will receive 200,000 yuan rewards for the new China Skills Award and Great Country Craftsman, 50,000 yuan rewards for the new National Technical Expert and Jianghuai Outstanding Craftsman and 30,000 yuan rewards for the new Provincial Skills Award.

7. Other inclusive talent policies for various types of employers.

(1) Housing: College graduates under 35 years of age who are employed in Hefei and meet the conditions can buy their first self-occupied house in Hefei after settling there. Newly employed high-level talent and doctorate holders under 35 years of age in military industrial research institutes – only covering those who pay company employee pension insurance in their units and are non-institutional personnel and municipal State-owned investment enterprises – can enjoy the housing qualification and rental subsidy policies of high-level talent and college graduates of key industry supply chain enterprises in Hefei.

(2) Entrepreneurship: College graduates who start businesses in Hefei can apply for a maximum 500,000 yuan entrepreneurship guarantee loan, with a full term of three years.

8. Excellent talent or teams recruited in various fields – after being evaluated by the field expert committee and identified by the Municipal Committee for the Introduction of Urgently Needed and Scarce Talent – will enjoy the corresponding talent policies of Hefei according to the conditions.
