General situation

The core area of Grand Union of Innovation is located in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, east of Fangxing Avenue, south of Yanzihe Road, west of Jiangjunling Road and north of Wanshui Road, covering an area of about 4,000 mu (about 267 hectares). Plans are for it to build several high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship platforms and a concentrated and contiguous area of "science and technology + industry + free exchange space".
