The China Disabled Persons' Federation, in collaboration with multiple departments, organized a series of events at the 33rd National Disability Day with the theme of "improving social security for people of disability and the systems of care and services, promoting the comprehensive development of the work of people of disability".
Additionally, they held publicity and education activity on the seventh National Disability Prevention Day, with the theme of "preventing congenital disabilities, safeguarding a bright future".
To foster a favorable atmosphere of care for people with disability, local disabled persons' federations collaborated with various sectors of society to carry out public interest performances, exhibitions, knowledge campaigns, and volunteer services on such occasions as National Ear Care Day, World Autism Awareness Day, Eye Care Day, the Unity of the Disabled, World Deaf Day, World Mental Health Day, White Cane Safety Day, and International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
